- Drug Certificate from the Poison Board, Ministry of Health
- Sanitary Certificate from Mayor & City Council or National Democratic Council
- An approved plan and letter from the Ministry of Housing
- Safety certificate from the Guyana Fire Services

Apply for a Gas Station (Petrol Pump) Licence

- Business registration from Deeds Registry
- An approved plan and letter for the premises, stamped and signed by the Central Housing and Planning Authority and the Guyana Fire Service
- A Petroleum Licence from the Guyana Fire Service
- Sanitary Certificate
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- Valid identification – Passport or National ID
